Traditional General Practice Services
Green Square Medical Practice is committed to high quality affordable health care. To this end Bulk billing is available to patients who have a full Medicare card on presentation for a standard consultation during weekdays (interim Medicare cards not accepted). Our standard consultation is 15min in duration and is suitable for one or two problems. Examples of a standard consult would be a skin check or a review of current blood pressure medication or an upper respiratory tract infection requiring medical certification.
Longer appointments (including antenatal shared care), all procedures including; Pap Smears, minor surgical procedures, after hours services (on weekends or public holidays), home visits (available only to regular patients), will be privately billed. EFTPOS facilities are available. Charges will vary from time to time and available through reception or you can discuss your needs with your doctor.
For your convenience, online claiming allows you to claim your medicare rebate at our surgery. There is no need to attend a Medicare Office for your rebate.
Workers Compensation is available and will be privately billed at NSW WorkCover rates at the time of consultation.
